Getting started
Ferrith Chat is a private AI workspace for your organisation. You don't sign up for it yourself — an admin of your organisation's workspace invites you, and the invitation email carries everything you need to sign in for the first time.
This section walks through those first steps: accepting an invitation, signing in and setting up your authenticator, finding your way around the workspace, and what the three roles — member, admin, and Owner — are allowed to do.

Every page in this guide carries a Verified date: the day someone last checked it against the running product. If a screen doesn't match what you read, the page is wrong, not you — tell us and it is corrected the same day.
