Agents

An agent is a model with a purpose: instructions that tell it how to behave, and a knowledge base of documents it answers from. Your workspace's authors build agents; everyone else simply chooses one at the top of a conversation.

This section covers creating an agent, giving it knowledge — its own documents or a shared Agents folder — working on it as a draft, and making a version active so the rest of the workspace can use it.
