Documents

The document library holds everything you and your colleagues upload. Each document lives in exactly one kind of place: your private space, which only you can see; a workspace folder, which admins create and can open to particular people or roles; or an Agents folder, which supplies knowledge to the workspace's agents.

This section explains the three kinds of folder and what each allows, how access to a workspace folder is set and inherited, how document versions work, and what happens when a document is deleted.
